“The place was nice clean. A little misleading about access to water. It’s muddy and not really suitable to walk in the dogs didn’t go in. The fire alarm also kept going off at early morning hours 3 days in a row. A nice team member came to check out but didn’t resolve problem.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Comfortable beds, hot showers, fully equipped kitchen (coffee bar a bonus) large beautiful screened in porch area to enjoy the breeze & hear the birds. Great yard for our pup who also enjoyed many walks in the quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous sunrise at the waters edge, just a short walk out back down the path where you can also put a kayak in the water…rented from Shore Pedal & Paddle.”

“Nice modern design and layout but needs a deep clean. Water access at the house is convenient if you are kayaking but otherwise not good for sitting out by the water. Pedal and paddle delivered kayaks to us which was great. 10 min walk to a dock area with boat launch and open water views. Nevitt area is nice area with homes, takes about 15 minutes to get to St. Michael’s for restaurants etc.”

“Great stay close by a quiet bay for my husband and me. The large screened porch was especially nice, and we spent a lot of time out there. We also rented kayaks — it’s easy because a local company will drop them off and pick them up. Overall, a very peaceful week.”

“The house was in pristine condition, and everything was in working order. We greatly appreciated that the air conditioner was working well, as it was a very hot weekend. Of all the properties we have rented in the Eastern Shore over the years, this has become our favorite, for its proximity to the water, its quiet location and the possibility to take long leisure walks without fear of traffic. A true gem!”
