“Had a great stay, very comfortable and great instructions.”

“Entire house was filthy! Even after sending cleaning company back, they still left it filthy so I had to deep clean, including washing all sheets/linens. Stains on throw pillows, dust and cobwebs everywhere. Trash left in cans & on foyer table. Dirty towels left in laundry area. Dirty drinking glass left on counter AFTER second visit from cleaners. Kitchen is sparsely stocked and many items are broken. Doorknobs broken. Major water leak in the master bathroom ceiling. Smells musty in the master shower. So much maintenance is needed. Overall, horrible experience. Management company did send “cleaner” back which meant we had to leave for 2+hrs on check-in day and we still came back to filth. The only noticeable change was they cleaned the living room floor. They comped first night’s stay but more should have been done with the immense problems in this place, especially since I provided photos and video to the management company.”

“The rental was mostly great. Appropriate given the price. The only issue was with the jacuzzi, which was unusable during our stay. We notified the office of this issue on day two and spoke again on day four, but they were unable to resolve the problem before the end of our stay. Otherwise, the location is great. The dock is convenient. The house itself is spacious and comfortable.”
