“The location was fantastic—close to everything while still secluded, with beautiful views and great community pools. I would consider staying in the community again for the location alone. The unit itself needs some attention. We found trash/items from previous guests under the bed, the outdoor area was covered in pine debris, and the floors could have been cleaner. The AC was unbelievably loud, making it difficult to watch TV or relax while running. The front door also does not lock from the inside, which was especially concerning while traveling with a toddler. The kitchen cabinets were packed with dishes, leaving no space for guests’ groceries, and the checkout instructions were spread across multiple platforms with conflicting information. Overall, a great location with a lot of potential, but the unit needs some cleaning, maintenance, and organization.”

“Nice location but No working T.V. and no games of any kind makes for a long boring rainy day. No dishwasher when instructions say to load and run dishwasher before leaving. Beds were rather hard. No shade in yard, table but no umbrella.”

“The house was nice and located in a great community. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues that need attention. The parking rules were confusing. The instructions stated that a second vehicle must park near the pool, which is about a 30-minute walk from the house. However, there are two parking spaces directly outside the house labeled “135,” making it seem like both spaces belong to the property. Clearer parking instructions would be very helpful. The cleanliness of the home was also disappointing. The bathroom toilet appeared to have vomit residue in it when we arrived. The floors had not been properly mopped—my socks turned black from walking around the house. Some of the cups in the kitchen were also dirty, with coffee stains and hair still on them. I think the property would benefit from a more thorough cleaning between guests. Other than these issues, the house itself was very nice, and the location was excellent.”
