“Upon the arrival of myself and my guest, we found fresh bed and bath linens prepared at the doorway. Once inside, we conducted a thorough walk-through and took photographs and videos of various damages present prior to our arrival, such as severely burnt cookware, a urine-stained mattress top in the double-bed bedroom, and damaged furniture in the master bedroom's seat cushion. Fortunately, the issues we identified were addressed promptly; upon contacting Mike or Steve, they responded promptly, and the problems were resolved on the same day. We received new pots and pans, as well as a mattress topper. I would recommend that they engage a more meticulous cleaning service that pays close attention to detail and demonstrates dedication in their work, as well as consider investing in new furniture for the master bedroom. Overall, our stay at this Berlin residence was relaxing, and peaceful. There was ample space for five women. Would I return or rebook this residence? Absolutely I would 👍🏽”
