“Overall, the house was very comfortable for our family of 8. The pictures of the rooms and descriptions of amenities were accurate. We had an issue with a dishwasher and smoke detector that the host promptly responded to. My only suggestion would be to update the furniture. Sitting on the couches we could feel wooden boards and pieces of wood poking out so they weren’t very comfortable”

“Nice place to stay. We were visiting the Naval Academy and it was really easy to get to and from the school. We were able to avoid most of the traffic going through downtown Annapolis. All rooms and kitchen were as advertised. Upstairs got a little warm since the AC was only on the main floor. However, we kept the blinds down and the fans going and it was fine.”

“Gorgeous location just 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis with restaurants and grocery stores only a short drive away. The pool was an outstanding amenity and well maintained. It was peak jellyfish season when we were there so didn't explore the river, but the view was stunning. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated everything being labeled for ease. Be sure to fully read the listing to understand if you are booking the full property or just upstairs or downstairs - we had both for our group but had to clarify after booking. Communication with the rental company was on par with what you'd expect from folks running dozens of properties at once. Solid option for a bigger group looking for a relaxing stay or action-packed weekend in Annapolis.”
