“Eric's home is spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable and central to everything. It is in an historic district with classic row houses. Easily walkable to Main Street where you can find scores of fun shops and great restaurants. You can walk to the Naval Academy Gate 1 for a tour. It is about 45 minutes from DC. We bought a week parking pass at Hillman garage off Main street and it was a great choice. I would love to have stayed another week, or several!”

“We are locals and needed one night before we could move into our new house. The location was peaceful, the interior was relaxing. It was nice to have a fenced yard for our dog, too. Also- thumbs up for the water pressure in the shower!”

“The place was well located and walkable. It is necessary to use the parking garages in town as no street parking is 24 hours. The listing states that but it isn't as clear that the garage is a 10 minute walk so you will need to drop off luggage, then park, and walk from the garage. We were wishing we had brought our cart. There is not currently a back deck/balcony so there is only one method of egress and to access the back patio you must exit out front and then walk around through the gate. This was a surprise since the pictures show a way out back. There is a downstairs apartment which is not soundproof. Conversations and activities can be clearly heard. Not a huge problem, but be aware. Walking to restaurants and to the nearby park was very nice.”
