“The house was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed. Great location; walking distance to beach and center. Host was very responsive. My only issue was that it did not fit 6 cars as listed. We made sure to only have 5 cars with 10 people over driving age, however we were only able to fit 3 vehicles. We had to park the other cars elsewhere and drive back and forth.”

“All the previous air BNBs that I've stayed at have provided coffee pods if they had a Keurig, and a laundry pod or two if they have a washer and dryer. I received no response when I asked about these two things upon arrival. We were counting on laundry as this stay was in the middle of a long road trip. After not receiving a response, I did happen to run into the owner outside. When I asked about laundry detergent, he said "no one ever does laundry there". I said that we were planning to since it was listed on the description and he ran into his house to get me some, which was nice. The text response I received after being bumped from the first contact person to someone outside of air BNB was "pick up whatever you need" Know that the two beds are not separated by a door, so there's no privacy between them. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was very clean and comfortable. It's a suite above the garage of a large home, 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Portsmouth”

“The driveway is long and gated. We needed to get out and open the gate by hand, drive in, then reclose the gate. Blake offered no direction about this and acted like we were supposed to know where to go when we arrived. He was very friendly in texts but not so much in person. The door on the side of the garage marked with the Airbnb sign is not the apt., it is entrance to a smelly garage used for storage and not very clean. You need to walk thru this to the stairs to the apt. which is built over the garage. The apt. is beautiful but very dusty and the fridge and freezer were full of frost, not properly maintained. There were clean towels and bedding but no spare toilet paper with very low partial rolls in each bathroom. The shower was cluttered with several partially used shampoos etc. The walking shower had a slippery soap slime edge on the floor. If more attention was paid to cleaning and a more welcoming attitude, this would be a 5 star place but it did not reach that level for us”
