“It was the perfect location and home for our family vacation. Being on the watefront and having access so many ammenities was the absolute best!”

“Beautiful well stocked home. Crisp linens, beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. Lake was crystal clear, lots of loons/turtles and plenty of floats and SUPS, kayaks to use. Loved the delivered fire wood for the outside firepit. Took a drive through the mountains to N. Conway, which was fabulous. Other guests took hikes. All around a great spot, except for the road. Would have given overall 5 stars, except for the road so close to the house was pretty busy, (seems it is an alternate route to the main road) and the loud cars/motorcycles "speeding in excess" pretty frequently during the day and late at night, startled us quite a few times. This took away from the quiet, chill Maine woodsy vibe.”

“We had an amazing stay at this house. Issues that arose were handled promptly by Sunday River. Climate change makes the lack of AC challenging at times but direct access to the beautiful swimmable pond balances it out. A quick walk to Breau's II for all the essentials, and an easy ride up to Bethel for the rest. Would stay again.”
