“Just got back from a great week in Maine. The house was perfect for us, enough room for everyone but still cozy. Super dog friendly, clean, right on the lake, perfect distance to Portland or N Windham if you needed anything. I read reviews about long response times but we didn’t have that issue at all. Kayaks, SUPs, tubes for swimming all clean and accessible. Lots of towels and kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing I would say is the grill was left pretty dirty and the fire pit could have been emptied. But overall a wonderful week and we will be back’”

“Lovely old Maine camp on a beautiful lake. But there were numerous problems with it. In the kitchen, for example, a missing light bulb made it difficult to see while preparing food and doing dishes. Some of the cookware and dishes required cleaning before use, and the cabinets were very disorganized. Also, the oven was dirty and required cleaning before use. In addition, the lighting in the primary bathroom was very poor, and the screen from the kitchen door to the deck was broken. Also, the ceiling over the bed in the primary bedroom leaked, and the water purification system made a loud banging noise after water was turned on or the toilet flushed. In addition, no information was provided concerning the location of the paddles, floats, and life jackets. In sum, we had the feeling that the house was not in rentable condition, but to her credit, the property manager worked very hard to correct as many of these issues as she could.”

“We had such a peaceful time in this comfortable and cozy property. Situated right on the lake, it has kayaks, a hammock, and is quite private. Inside, it has everything needed for a fun and relaxing stay: well-appointed kitchen, lovely patio overlooking the lake, roomy dining area, gorgeous sun room, and cozy couch/TV watching area. Bedrooms were generously sized and air conditioned. Upstairs bedroom has a cute little sun room right off of it too — perfect for watching the sun rise over the lake. We loved everything about the property and would love to return.”

“We had a great stay. Exactly as pictured and you can’t beat the views of the lake. Slept 6 of us comfortably. No problems at all. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something peaceful with nature all around.”
