“Our stay near Moody Beach was great! The location of this house is a very convenient walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and activities. The space was clean and functional, perfect for our family getaway!”

“This is our second year renting in this village and we love it! This unit was bright and open, close to the pool, comfortable, fitted with plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, beach supplies, with extra considerations for our kids (3 and 1.5). We could walk to Congdon’s in 3 minutes, Mike’s clam shack in 5 min., and the complex with Hannaford, etc. in 7-10 min., with said kids. The neighbors who own units in this village are friendly and welcoming. The pool is fantastic for kids with the 1 foot deep platform for playing and 4-5 foot deep for swimming. The village is very clean and kept up. Very safe. Danielle was very responsive, replying immediately to our questions. The tv was very easy to use and link our streaming accounts. Her welcome package was so thoughtful and useful. We are hoping to stay here again next year! 🤞”

“Neptune's Lookout was the large space that we were looking for to accommodate our group of 8. With two living areas it made it easy for us to all be together or separate if needed. The beds and pillows were comfy. There was a pretty view of the ocean from the second floor balcony. Close to multiple beaches we were able to visit 4 in our 3 night stay. At times we found it challenging with 2 bathrooms and 8 people but we made it work. The dining table was large enough to accommodate our group and the home even had padded folding chairs which we were able to use when 3 family members came for dinner after a beach day. Thankfully the owner allowed them to use one parking spot from the other unit since there was no one renting at the time but unsure where they would have parked if it was occupied as there are only 2 spots for our unit. We had very nice weather during our stay but there were games, puzzles and multiple televisions to keep busy on a rainy day. Overall we had a great stay.”
