“This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. The perfect location to walk to the beach or explore other beaches/towns near by. The house is very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. We loved hanging out in the back room playing cards and board games. We will probably be back for a third year next summer!”

“Great location and exactly as listed. We walked to the beach, coffee, breakfast, playground, ice cream etc. Danielle was very responsive. Parking space directions were clear and didn’t cause us any problems. Would stay again!”

“This is our second year renting in this village and we love it! This unit was bright and open, close to the pool, comfortable, fitted with plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, beach supplies, with extra considerations for our kids (3 and 1.5). We could walk to Congdon’s in 3 minutes, Mike’s clam shack in 5 min., and the complex with Hannaford, etc. in 7-10 min., with said kids. The neighbors who own units in this village are friendly and welcoming. The pool is fantastic for kids with the 1 foot deep platform for playing and 4-5 foot deep for swimming. The village is very clean and kept up. Very safe. Danielle was very responsive, replying immediately to our questions. The tv was very easy to use and link our streaming accounts. Her welcome package was so thoughtful and useful. We are hoping to stay here again next year! 🤞”

“Overall a great time. We were a group of 9 adults and 3 kids - enough beds. The sheets and towels were very convenient . Unfortunately, not enough seating for us all to eat together. Renters should note “Lower level” is a basement with no windows or AC units. The host did end up bringing us two fans for the basement rooms when the issue was brought to their attention. The AC units had some trouble keeping the place cool and the living room AC stopped working due to filter issues. Host was incredibly responsive to our issues and remedied the fans in the basement as well as coming to fix the clogged disposal. The other thing not mentioned is the view from the windows is a construction site of some nature. Not a deal breaker but was surprised because it was not in any of the pictures on the listing. Parking was fantastic! Plenty of room for our 3 large vehicles. Close to downtown York as well.”

“What a beautifully upgraded little condo. My family has fantastic memories here and in York and we are so thankful we were able to make another year’s trip to this location. The condo is sentimental to my family and we are grateful for the opportunity to stay and have thoroughly enjoyed the visual and furniture upgrades. We’d love to see a small tv in the bedrooms to combat any rainy days. The beach chairs were such a great help. Thank you Salt and Shine and Danielle! We look forward to booking again!!”
