“We had a great time at the property! The layout is great for families with kids- there are two living rooms and the third floor was a great shared sleeping space for the kids. Views of the back decks are amazing !”

“This property housed six adults and two 6 month olds with a dog quite comfortably. I think more than 6 would get crowded. The location was almost 5 stars with the views of the marsh and the beach. However, since Moody beach is private the locals can get a little protective over their “property” which includes the beach. The house is a very short walk (can do entirely barefoot) to the public access, so just get there early and stake a claim to a public beach spot - watch the tide charts because the beach gets very crowded at high tide. The kitchen is very well appointed. The beds were comfortable enough and all the linens were fresh and clean. There is a garage which was amazing. It had beach chairs, pull cart, umbrella, and washer/dryer. Parking for 4 cars. Overall great house and great experience. We’d definitely rent here again!”
