“This home is in a beautiful location, steps away from a quiet, wonderful, large stretch of beach. The house itself has a great fenced-in backyard. The interior is somewhat dated but is still nice enough. When there was a problem with the A/C during a heat wave, the management was very responsive and fixed the issue right away by upgrading the A/C, so that was good. While the interior of the house would not be described as modern luxury, the home overall makes for a great vacation place. The environment is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, and the house is close to Ogunquit and to Kennebunkport for those who like those towns. We would be happy to return and would recommend this home to any families. Our kids and our dogs were all very happy with the stay!”

The place was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Additionally, the host was responsive. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and their attention to detail ensured our stay went off without a hitch. “Just a great experience over all. It was the perfect venue for our family reunion of 16 people. The property management contact was always helpful and prompt in returning my emails. The property, although being an older home was was properly maintained, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. A well written hand book was available with the house rules as well as recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. A very much appreciated gift basket with coffee and snacks was a nice touch. We were all very happy with our weekend stay at this property and would definitely consider it again future get aways in Maine!”

“This place was perfect for our family holiday celebration! There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of common areas for socializing. The views/location were gorgeous in the winter, right on the water! There was lots of parking space, we fit 8 cars. Also, when we had an issue with the oil tank, Maine Street Property Management was very responsive and helpful right away! We would definitely stay here again!”
