“This 3 bedroom was beautiful! Jan was very responsive and respectful. Beds are very comfortable and place is spacious. Plenty of room and cute game area! Attention to detail was 100%. Screened porch too. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to return!”

“Host was very responsive but we arrived late at night and had to reach out to find out how to get in. We were told it would be unlocked but it was not. Also,there were no linens on the beds and none to be found anywhere in the condo. The instructions indicated linens would be provided. That lead to a bad start to our stay. However Jan was very responsive and linens were dropped off the next day. After that all went well. As others noted the parking is extremely tight and a challenge. Even with two small cars it was tight. In general the condo is very dated but clean and a great location. You have to decide what is important to you.”

“*I would AVOID* as the negative aspects of our stay overshadowed the location. The host emailed the week of with instructions stating check in was 1 hour later & check out 1 hour earlier than when I booked. I messaged back asking for clarification but the message was "read" & not responded to. There was garbage left under furniture. Bathrooms without any toilet paper & no extra in the house. Had to buy more along with handsoap. Pillows so stained we did not use them-only noticed because we were left the linens to make our own beds. Some beds did not have sheets. The listing stated "air conditioning" as an amenity but a host should HAVE to disclose that there is not A.C. present throughout the house - there was only 1 window unit in the game room. The main living areas only had fans and got very hot. I am all for charm but hosts cannot charge an exorbitant amount per night & not put any money into upkeep for guests. The Cleaners also showed up even earlier than the "new" check out time.”

“This house was great for our family of six. There's plenty of space for everyone and the beach is right across the street. Prospective renters should be aware that the second story bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. Our five year old loved all the toys that were there and having extra beach chairs was a plus. Our only small concerns were that it took a week for the owner to respond to a question and most of the beds have plastic covers on the mattresses making every movement audible!! Otherwise, this is a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.”
