“The overall comfort of the house was as described, it was rustic and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and every room was equipped with a fan to keep the temperature cool. While there were notes scattered around the house, a comprehensive binder would have been more convenient to know and understand some of the quirks of the house. The property is well situated close to town and restaurants.”

“We had a great stay at the Rustic Farmhouse! It was rustic as described which we found cozy and charming! We enjoyed the old photographs and the hand-drawn signs that were up around the house. It was very quiet and we loved seeing deer in the yard each day. The location made it easy to walk into town which had some cute restaurants and a bike shop. It was also easy to drive to hikes or other activities in Acadia. The walk to the local causeway was also a highlight!”

“Great place, clean and comfortable! I didn’t realize there wasn’t a TV, but it was in the description. We were out so much it didn’t matter. Greeted by a family of deer ❤️. Loved the place, but it is rustic. The shower is an experience and the hot water runs out after about 20 min. Plan showers accordingly.”
