“Excellent in every way. Cute downtown. Appreciated the recommendations from Patrick. Loved the fire pit area. Downstairs bedroom smaller than anticipated with limited space to place suitcases. Plenty of hot water for multiple people. Appreciate the access to the washer and dryer in what appeared to be a personal space. Easiest checkout ever.”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at Justin’s place! The space was clean and cozy, and we thought it was a great location to get us to Acadia for park trips. Justin was very easy to communicate with and the check in was super easy. We do want to mention that the property is along a dirt road which has speed bumps that were not installed with low clearance cars in mind! We drove a regular sedan, and our car would scrape every time we went over the bumps. 2 people had to get out of the car every time we drove in or out - and still our car would hit them. We don’t feel like it would be fair to change the rating because of this but feel like it’s worth a mention. We would definitely return again to stay, but with a car that is higher off the ground!”

“If you want to stay away from the craziness of Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor is your place to stay. Within walking distance to the few restaurants and shops in town (The Dry Dock Inn was our favorite for breakfast or dinner). It was nice to spend our days in Acadia National Park hiking and Bar Harbor shopping before returning for a relaxing evening in Southwest Harbor without the crowds. Lots of nice hikes around Southwest Harbor as well. Justin's place has all the main items you need (simple). He was always available for questions but did not bother us otherwise. Great host! Thank you for having us.”

“Patrick's place was perfect for our girls trip to Acadia. It was outside of Barharbor, but still easy to get to all the different hikes in Acadia we wanted to do and had a lot of great restaurants near by.”
