“We enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Place near Acadia. The space was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities that made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time exploring the area. It was a wonderful home base for visiting Acadia. Our only concern was noise from the guests in the unit above us. While there were quiet hours in place, and we understood being we too have children. That said, this is one of the challenges that can come with multi-level accommodations and was not a reflection of the host’s responsiveness or hospitality. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend Driftwood Place to others looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place near Acadia. 🌲🏞️”

“The place was clean and matched the photos exactly. No mold in the bathrooms and no odd smells. Had some trouble locating the entrance because I didn’t realize the “shed” looking building was the entrance and not the door under the porch. We arrived later in the night and it was dark to see, but the host was helpful. Quiet place and not a lot of traffic so it was nice to come back to a quiet place after a busy and traffic-heavy day in Bar Harbor and Acadia! Definitely recommend booking outside of Bar Harbor and this place was cozy and exactly fit our needs.”
