“We immediately felt at home and had easy access to everything we love to do, from swimming at Echo Lake and walking our dog along fire roads to dinner at Bub’s and 18 holes at Golf of Maine. The house was well equipped, comfortable, and very clean. Communication with management company was great and everything was easy and clear. We definitely recommend Gilbert Cottage!”

“The cottage is fantastic, we loved the design of this all wood place with a lot of air and space. All the modern facilities are provided. Lots of table games on the shelves. We also loved, that the air conditioning is not needed at all, fans are quite sufficient. The yard and the deck are very causy, we saw turkeys in the yard too. Restaurants in South West Harbor are close, we biked to them. Short drive to the Echo lake beach. A bit farther to Acadia loop entrance, but beautiful road all the way. We recommend sleeping with the ear plugs since wood squeeks.”
