“The views from the house were stunning from both the living room and top floor deck - we had a very relaxing weekend watching the boats and birds in the harbor. The house itself was comfortable and the hosts were responsive. The water in the house did not run clear and had a rusty smell however so would recommend bringing your own water in case.”

“The view is everything you picture on a Maine postcard. We were attending a wedding nearby at Newagen Inn and found a walking path to the hotel grounds, which made it easy and fun. Being a house on the water means the air is humid. For the prices we paid, the house should come with AC or heat pumps. We were missing some basic items to start but the management company eventually resolved them. The kitchen is stocked at a minimal level, nothing fancy.”

“The perfect place for peace and quiet with the family! Rooms were spacious, kitchen had everything anyone would need! Just wish it had a fire put outside for s’mores but totally understand the risk with a rental! Had a great time and loved beautiful Southport! Can’t wait to return again!”
