“First of all we had trouble to unlock the house as the code provided was wrong. We had to wait outside in the cold weather for around 2 hours when the property manager was figuring out what the problem was. The house has two sections, one is the main house with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the annex that has three bedrooms and one bath. The response time to any of our requests was slow. Even though we lost two hours during check-in they were not ready for a late check out. There were no extra paper towels in spite of the booking being for 12 people staying for 2 nights. The property manager said they don't provide anything extra. One of the bathroom door in the main house had a non functioning lock. The water in all the bathrooms were lukewarm and the problem was never fixed. Overall a very disappointing stay for the money we paid.”
