Grand Welcome in Ogunquit, Maine

“This is our second stay at this property. We love the house and cottage. Perfect location with easy access to the beach, town and Perkins Cove. Franny and Luke were wonderful hosts.”

“I'm conflicted on this review. Grand Welcome, the team that manages the property was clear in their communication, quick to respond and overall pleasant. The property was a charming New England house. Not quite as luxurious as the pictures tout it, but a really nice home. Location was close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The house was fairly clean, but not so pristine that I felt guilty about having teenage kids there. Really, no complaints. But there was a major issue that affected our stay in a major way. The Samsung fridge consistently had this annoying alarm that, at times, kept us up all night. The mgmt team was responsive by having one of their techs come out, but they were unable to address it. And having their (very friendly and polite) tech in our rented house multiple times during our stay was disruptive. In short, they couldn't address it. I wish they had found some way to make it right, short of a $200 credit on a $12k stay.”

“We stayed for one week and rented both the main house and cottage. We traveled with our children and their families (8 adults and 4 children). This property is amazing. The location couldn’t be better. Easy walk to the beach and Shore Rd with all the restaurants and shops. House and cottage easily accommodated our group. Property is clean and very well maintained. Nicely decorated and well appointed; it had everything we needed. Loved relaxing on the beautiful front porch and outdoor patio areas. Franny and Luke were the best hosts. The couple of questions we did have were answered immediately. We have been vacationing in Ogunquit for more than 15 years and this property is our favorite. We will be back next summer!”

“We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our family vacation with our children and baby granddaughter. The house was spotless, incredibly spacious, and even more beautiful and family friendly than the pictures showed. The location was great, close to downtown Ogunquit and convenient for exploring the surrounding towns. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending time outside every morning, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature. Be sure to keep an eye out for the deer and turkeys! We made such special family memories here and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home to other families visiting the Ogunquit area!”
