“While we loved the house and had a fantastic time in Newry and around hiking, swimming, etc., this is the second time we've stayed here and the second time there has been a delay because the house hadn't been cleaned yet. Both times we arrived after the check in time and had been told the house was ready for check in. The second time cleaners rushed to come the next morning and did a fantastic job, but we still had to choose between sleeping in a house that wasn't cleaned or going to a hotel for the first night (with a lot of kids under 8yo). Some of us went to a hotel after being told we be reimbursed and still haven't received reimbursement or been issued any kind of discount for the hassle.”

“Since we checked in up until checking out 4 days and 5 night, we did not have a working fridge or freezer. Our food spoiled and it took them 2 days to come see if they could fix the issue and they couldn’t. They sent us coolers to keep our food cold and they still have not reached out to me to compensate me for my spoiled food or the fact that we didn’t have a working fridge. I had to spend extra money on food for me and my family.”

“Third time renting this house. Our 5 children (all under 10) love it and always ask to come back. Came with my parents and brother/neice. More than enough room for all. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook/grill/serve. Towels for bathing and pool. Can’t wait for next year”
