“Your description of this house was far from accurate. Extremely poor communication where your local manager in Maine; Donna Tibeault never called. A Rep named "Troy" from Portland finally reached out. I had to fight for a refund. I plan to take this national to the media. You have numerous bad reviews. This house is disgusting! Your company needs serious improvement with communication and honesty. The house is run down, dirty, moldy, full of poison ivy in the yard. What is most disturbing is Donna Tibeault decided to view my LinkedIn account to see who I was but never called. Very poor leadership. Stop ripping people off! You have numerous reviews of other people who you ripped off. I fought hard for a refund but my story will be told nationally. You ruined our vacation time!”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at 30 Seapoint Road in Kittery. The house was spacious. The lot was wooded but with a nice marsh/ocean view. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was close to some nice restaurants (Pepperell Cove/Chauncey Lobster) and Kittery Foreside (Lil’s.) Also, short drive to shopping in Kittery and Bob’s Clam Hut. Also, it was nice for a beach walk everyday as just a short walk to Seapoint Beach.”
