“For a little background, our group included an airline captain, two flight attendants, and three other professionals, and all of us travel extensively. We unanimously agreed that staying in the home felt like staying at a luxury hotel. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us with the thoughtful gifts and special deliveries. If we needed anything it arrived at the door. They went above and beyond!!”

“This place was great! Cool location in Kennebunkport, easy drive to the main town with a few shops/restaurants that could be walkable. House was very clean and had every we needed, host was very responsive and helpful. Fit our group of 6 just fine. The deck and water were a nice surprise too - it is in the photos, but we did not expect such a drastic difference of tide throughout the day. It makes for a fun watch and lots of cool bird/wildlife watching. Would stay again!”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately for the cost, we don’t feel it was up to par. Kennebunkport is a high-end area and this property is just beginning to show a lot of wear and tear that we don’t feel like meets the standard we’ve come to expect in the area. From plugs not working, chips paint (or sections of baseboard unpainted all together) to the only light in the master bathroom being the mirror, doors that don’t close etc, these are minor fixes for the homeowner property manager that should be taken care of given how much it cost to stay here. Additionally, we did alert the property manager that the place was in desperate need of a deep clean as the kitchen cabinets contained multiple dirty dishes with a sticky brown residue on them. The property manager did offer us a small credit back because of this which I appreciated. Also, please replace the microwave, that thing looks like it’s from the 70s and the screen on it doesn’t work, you can’t tell what your are entering”

“We stayed Labor Day Weekend 2026, and our stay was nothing short of incredible. This Airbnb is a short drive to Kennebunkport (~10-15m) and is walkable to Goose Rocks Beach. The space itself was beautiful, and no detail went unnoticed in the decorating or amenities of the house. The KPort Concierge was always responsive and sent us an amazing driver recommendation for airport pickups (if anyone needs that too). We had the best weekend and cannot wait to come back one day.”

“Casa Bella was everything our little family needed! We’ve been coming to Kennebunkport yearly for almost 18 years and have stayed in many places, and this was easily one of our favorites. The location can’t be beat — we walked almost everywhere! You are in a prime . The house is small, quaint, SO cozy and one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Everything felt fresh and spotless! My favorite was sitting by the fireplace playing the family games. We also loved the Casa Bella B side beach towels, kayaks and bikes — they thought of everything. For 3-4 people stop looking and book. KPT Concierge made our family getaway and anniversary extra special.
