“This home was spectacular. The location is no more than 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to downtown kennebunkport. Our group made incredible memories and the space was perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful and we will absolutely stay here again. The pictures don’t do it justice!”

“A group of 12 of us booked this home for a bachelorette and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Not only was the host super responsive and even let us check in an hour early to start decorating, but the home was cozy, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Additionally, it was only a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and the beds were so comfortable. This home is absolutely beautiful and I would book with KPort again in a heartbeat.”

“Wow! What a beautiful home and truly unique location. Having coffee on the back deck while my son played in the yard was amazing. And the evening sunsets were absolutely serene. The master bedroom has these floor to ceiling windows that I was afraid would interrupt my morning sleep because of all the light - but I immediately loved waking up to the view of the water. This was a very unique home, both in terms of location, as well as the layout. It was every bit as beautiful and well kept as the images. Super quiet neighborhood, as well. I loved it and would absolutely book again.”

“We know the Kennebunk area very well and have been coming here for many years, usually rotating between two houses we return to regularly. This April we were unusually early in the season, which gave us the chance to stay at The Iconic Anchor Haven. We had passed the house many times before and always knew the location was exceptional, right by Gooch’s Beach. The location is exceptional throughout the year, with a unique character in every season. The house is beautifully renovated and very well equipped, with high quality appliances, comfortable bedding and thoughtfully designed bathrooms. Everything felt carefully put together and truly like a real home. Despite early spring weather, from snow to sunshine, the house stayed warm and comfortable throughout. It was spotless, check in was seamless, and communication with KPort was quick and professional. We would absolutely love to come back.”
