“The house is nice with good amenities and location but it was not exactly as described. The cozy gas fireplace was actually wood with no wood to burn and not cleaned out. The hot tub was scummy and not useable. The hosts were not hosts at all. Mostly just some remote help desk that did not help at all and in fact never responded as they said they would. Check out is extremely early and despite requests for a later checkout we were first ignored twice and then told they would check with the locals staff, which also did not respond. One reason I like Airbnb is there has always been someone to help out when you needed it. I’ve ever had such a bad experience with the host being so out of touch with the guests. I wasn’t convinced the contact was even a human. I asked. They didn’t say they were not a robot. I can’t recommend staying here, not because the place isn’t nice. It is. If you have a problem though you are likely on your own.”
