First Chair Destinations's guest rating in Maine of 4.55 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “It was very clean. Much smaller than I expected, and I wouldn't say it sleep 6 comfortably-loft is sketchy. There's enough parking for only one car. It's very dated, not enough outlets in bedrooms. My husband and I both have sleep machines and could not plug them in. Extension cords plugged into extension cords. Beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I guess it's described as what it really is. I just expected more.”
