“Peaceful and beautiful quiet spot. Location was easily drivable to Rockland. Quaint villages. Hwy 1 was a challenge for travel. Very busy and narrow. Plan on allowing time to get places.”

“This is a unique gem and easily one of the best AirBnB locations for a beautiful, peaceful and calm stays that we have ever stayed in. The retro feel of the completely refurbished "camp" is awesome. Everything is pristine with the touches of vintage Corelle dishes, with modern appliances and amenities. Such a cute place. We bought firewood from a local stand and had a firepit each night, enjoying the sunset, moonrise in the most beautiful setting you can imagine. Such a great get away. During the day we explored Wiscasset, Linconville and Owls Head Lighthouse. The Cellardoor winery was a great find as well. It is a remote location but easy to get to areas nearby to explore. Perfect combination!”

“The rising tide cottage was better than the photos and description! Incredible space, clean and comfortable on the inside with big windows to see outside. The view and location was magical. Lovely, quiet, peaceful. I enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings! Location is close to several great attractions. I highly recommend this cottage for your trip to Maine!”

“We had an amazing stay at this cottage in Maine. It was exactly what my husband I are were looking for ‐ quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is in a private setting and there is a nice spot to walk down to the beach, very nice! The cottage was very clean and comfortable and we had no issues during our whole stay, would definitely recommend!”
