“THIS UNIT IS NOT WORTH IT The biggest issue was with the hot water. It says turn it on but there were no instructions how do do so and that isn't actually what the problem is. It is with the faucets themselves. After not having any hot water for showers until the second night made things even worse. The TV kept freezing and had to be reset often. It was very hard to regulate the air temperature(either too hot or too cold) and the floor was VERY cold. The towels & linens were cheap hotel quality, second bedroom had no space and the beds were very uncomfortable. I spent allot of money for this unit and it was not what I expected. I had asked for late check out.. was give a generic response and then was told if approved i would have to pay extra. I've never had to do this before ever!... turns out no one ever responded to me either way so we just left early. as a superhost in the past myself I feel that whomever owns the property should make their units user friendly. This was NOT!”

“Our stay at Sugarloaf was great, and the clean and spacious accommodations added to the stay. Everything was as advertised and the host was responsive. Good value. I'd stay there again.”
