Commander's Cabin was very comfortable for my wife and I. Great location, right in town, short walk to the harbor, shops, restaurants. The A/C is a window unit in the bedroom, there is no central air conditioning. The other rooms can get quite warm but there are a couple of fans that can be setup to help move the cold air into the living room and bathroom. It was unseasonably hot when we were here. Perfect place to stay when visiting Camden.

Location, location, location! This comfortable and spacious condo is steps from the harbor, great shopping, and wonderful restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, and everything is within walking distance. We found this to be a great home base to explore the charming town of Camden and the central Maine coast. We visited during a particularly warm week and were grateful for air conditioning and fans. Also, because we worked remotely for part of our stay, the condo provided ample workspace, and the internet connection was reliable. We highly recommend this AirBNB.

I have already commented but here it is again: I really loved the entire visit. I have been going to Camden for 21 yrs and always stayed with family in town. My mother passed away on April 2 so we treated this trip like a family reunion. I stayed at 31 Hopkins with my kids and everyone came and used the waterfront, kayaks, the porches, and we cooked incredible meals. It was probably the best trip in 21 yrs aside from my mother not being here to enjoy with us. We will absolutely be looking to rent again and infact will likely prebook next year in a few weeks. Thank you again, John Wicklow

We had a great week here. The location is centrally located to get up to Acadia for a day and down to Boothbay for a day. Great hiking nearby (3-15min drive depending on the trail), and downtown Camden is a nice with cute shops and restaurants. Walkable neighborhood. Great view of the lake, only a short walk (1min) to a public park with lake access. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the Internet/wifi was dependable.
