“We had an amazing stay in August and have officially declared ourselves (Moose) Pond People! The house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. We had nine of us, ranging in age from 10 to 82, and there was plenty of room for everyone—with a bedroom to spare! The house had wonderful spaces for everything we wanted to do: game nights, bonfires, BBQ dinners, and long lunches out on the deck. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped—so much so that we were taking pictures of some of the brands and items so we could buy them for our own homes! The location is fantastic, and the lake was beautiful and wonderfully warm for swimming. Hiking trails were just a short walk down the road. Just as importantly, the owners were incredibly responsive and flexible with a special circumstance we had, which made such a difference to our family and was very much appreciated. We loved our week on Moose Pond and would absolutely come back. We’re already hoping to return next summer!”

“We wanted secluded area but also a good location to Sebago Lake area. This place was exactly that. Short distance from the Causeway Marina in Naples which we loved. The hot tub might have been our favorite part, felt like we can enjoy ourselves while also enjoying the quiet view. Hosts were very responsive and get great recommendations. Placed was in mint condition. Only thing is the AC did not reach the bedrooms so it didnt get as cool in the bedrooms as we wanted. Also the two cameras on the property that weren’t disclosed; with one pointing towards the hot tub which felt like a lack of privacy.”

First impressions exceeded expectations! This is a beautiful property inside and out. Absolutely Maine Majestic. Easy walk down to the private lake area with Adirondack chairs and very nice dock. Large Solo stove fire pit is a high quality touch. Everything you need is there including kitchen appliances, utensils, all things to cook a family meal and grill. Bonuses included EV charging, downstairs game room, screened in porch, and gigantic TV to watch World Cup. Beautiful spot.”
