“This was one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. A lovely house on the lake at the very end of the road. Felt very private. We were there with my brother and our teens and the use of the kayaks and paddle boards and multiple family rooms with shuffle board etc and a back house for the older kids made it an ideal family vacation spot. The kitchen was very well stocked with high end appliances made it easy to assemble meals for the group. Loved the very clean hot tub with gorgeous lake views. Being able to easily dock our boat rental was wonderful. The boys had a blast tubbing with my husband and brother. The master bedroom is dreamy! 5 stars!! Very responsive management company.”

“We had an amazing time here! It was the perfect location for staying in the North Conway area, and it added a fun element that it was part of Cranmore with all there was to do there too. The condo is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. The hosts left clear instructions, local recommendations (which is always greatly appreciated!), and were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay here again!”

“We loved our stay in Kittery ! The place is exactly like the photos (even better actually) and exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. The hosts are also very responsive and answered within minutes anytime we had questions. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to have quick and easy access to Portsmouth. We really enjoyed the "downtown" area of Kittery and all its little shops and restaurants. Be aware the property is on a busy road and traffic at night can make it noisy inside. It was bothering us the first night but we slept well the other 2 nights. It didn't affect our stay. We would stay here again without any hesitation! Thank you!”

“Let me first say that Birch rentals were very fast at responding to any messages sent, very friendly and accommodating. The Church and Meeting house are an exceptional property, so much space for us and we were a large group and never felt confined. The area is very already to access all the main roads and things in the area to do at no more than 10 minutes away. House was clean, unique and quiet, we enjoyed the 2 grills, Jacuzzis and restaurants in the area. 2 kitchens are a plus with so many utensils, pots,pans it is the most I have seen at any Airbnb. “We had a great time during our recent stay. The house is located in a nice wooded area close to downtown North Conway. Everything was clean and organized prior to our arrival. The boys really enjoyed the bunk room. Thank you for letting me bring my dog.”

“Such a fun place! If you have kids, you should stay here…ping pong, air hockey, pool, foosball & arcade games. The house was very nice, kitchen was big enough & pretty well-stocked. Rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, and we felt right at home. The backyard was nice too - nice small deck to sit and a fire pit. There were a few issues while we were there with things breaking (shower head, a kitchen stool, air hockey puck). The hosts were responsive that they would fix it after we left. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!”

“We love the North Chalet! The owners did an immaculate job labeling everything and thinking of everything to make for a fun stay. Some of the necessities were out and they went above and beyond to refill them. we loved the location and the style of the home. We’d definitely stay here again - and we liked the location. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. We have 4 babies under 2.5 so most of our time was spent watching the trains and the playground at North Conway, Storyland, Clark’s, Echo Lake, and Tuckermans Brewery. All were within an hour away (Clark’s the furthest but well worth the ride on the Kanc!). Thanks for hosting the kids first NH TRIP!”

“What can I say about this place, super clean, very big and spacious! We were partying of 12 and had more than enough room. Rooms were big bright and plenty of spacing. Beds were super comfortable. Enough blankets and linens needed to stay comfy. Kitchen had more than enough supplies and appliances to make you feel right at home and not lacking when cooking. Staff was very responsive and communicative with any needs I may had. Overall this place was a fantastic stay and would absolutely return to this location . River access was amazing, quick walk to the end of the street with a big beach made the experience all the better! With banners across the street made mornings easy and special for me and my husband to escape away for a private breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in NH, easy and quick access to all the major places my family wanted to visit. Thank you!”
