Tides to Pines in Boothbay Harbor, Maine

“Lovely cabin with nearby private beach access (a quick drive) with kayaking. Close to harbor restaurants, shops, library and puffin and whale watching tours.”

“Stay was fine but the old cabin smell was a bit overwhelming and caused us all to feel stuffy. Also, the advertised dock access in the property description is inaccurate. This was only mentioned after I received my check in message.”

“Great location - walkable to the Harbor and Barrett’s, but also tucked away and quiet. Nice deck and fire pit. House was clean and comfortable, and was easy to cook in the kitchen.”

“Overall, the property was the perfect place for our family (6 adults) to spend time together. The large kitchen table was great for card games and sharing stories. The house was a good distance from neighbors, so we felt we could laugh as loud as we wanted. It was a wonderful place to create memories. We enjoyed peaceful moments in the canoe and kayaks on the pond. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom towels were plentiful and very soft. The 1.5 baths worked well for our group. The washer and dryer came in handy. The only minor downside to the home was the very old and odd mix of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. It was difficult to make even a simple breakfast. Only 2 dish towels were provided. There were no hot pads or extra garbage bags. The condition of the interior of the kitchen cabinets was concerning (falling apart). The pond was beautiful, but we did not feel comfortable swimming in it. Boothbay had excellent restaurants and shops. We would rent this property again.”
