“We had a great stay! House was welcoming, clean and well stocked with daily essentials and some thoughtful details that helped provide an easy and enjoyable stay. They have a lovely, private yard and screened porch for relaxing and gathering together. Plenty of space to spread out and unwind. We enjoyed the large dining room table for some family dinners and card games too!”

“We loved this place! My family of 5 plus 2 of our friends stayed here. The friends got the downstairs bedroom and we all had plenty of room upstairs. The house is old and quirky but we love that. It’s been updated so has everything you need … plenty of space, great water pressure, comfortable beds and was very clean. We especially loved the screened in porch and fire pit out back. Franny and Luke checked in and responded immediately if we reached out. The short walk to a beautiful and not crowded beach was ideal. The town of Biddeford is charming and we also visited Portland, Cape Porpoise, and Old Orchard Beach… all a short distance away. Perfect vacation!”

“There were a couple mishaps but the hosts are quick to communicate, first using an automated reply company but then also following up quickly with more personal communication. There is a pet fee associated per pet with the property. We were disappointed that we couldn't use some amenities that were offered by the listing because there was an issue with their landscapers. We wish it was conveyed earlier to us. The rooms are pretty close together so it's most ideal for a family to stay in. Overall, it's a nice property around 35 minutes from Portland!”

“Franny and Luke’s Maine Farmhouse was quaint, comfortable, and peaceful. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in May to celebrate our anniversary and wished we could have stayed longer! The area is lovely and middle beach is a quick stroll away. We especially enjoyed the second level’s balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks. The decor is tasteful with beautiful rustic touches. Everything was easy, start to finish! So much to do in and around the area- countless restaurants, shops, and nature abounding. We’d happily return.”

“We had a lovely stay in early May at Franny & Luke's. The house is really charming with it's exposed beams and old floors all while offering comfortable beds and lots of spaces to lounge and relax. It's a short 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and amenities are a quick drive away. We'd love to come back in warmer weather when we could make use of the beach chairs and fire pit.”
