“The stay was wonderful! The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. The beach was just a few minutes’ walk down the road, which was so convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come stay here again!”

“Five star view and location, lousy customer service. We arrived at dusk, and were greeted by a disassembled CO2 detector. I texted and got no response. Husband used the app and he was told the ‘local team’ would follow up. No one did so we got a new battery, reassembled and plugged it in the next day. 2nd item, kitchen sink full of dirty water with cleaning rags on the other side of the sink. Cleaned it up and continued to unpack. Rugs were not vacuumed in the kitchen or at the back door. I get emergencies happen, so I didn’t report the rugs and the sink. In the house book, it stated that beach passes were available and ‘return them where you found them’. We didn’t find any so we requested thru the app, to have passes. Again, referred to the ‘local team’ and they would follow up. Again, no follow up from a local team. We lost an item in the living room and moved the sectional to find it and it was very dirty under the sofa. Two week rental in a wonderful location but lack of help.”
