“The house was perfect for what my family needed. Clean, plenty of bedrooms, and great location for where we needed to be.”

“Was a beautiful property and had everything we needed. The views of the water were amazing and everything was delightful. I would definitely rent again. Just keep in mind the no AC is real.”

“Booked a few weeks before arrival, due to change in plans. Met our needs as a family with 6 adults and a 1- and 2-yr old. Very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, but needs to have almost all degrading non-stick frying pans replaced. Stove and fridge are from the 1950s. Chairs on the screened in porch are too low for the table, which is too high and only big enough for 4 people. Nice to have two living room areas, but we mostly used the area off of the kitchen, so we could be all together with the kids. Bring your own dishwasher and laundry detergent and paper towels. Master bedroom (1st floor) mattress firm, but any movement triggers noise from springs. Upstairs large bedroom has a pillow top on mattress that is too soft. When removed, was mattress was fine.T ides to Pines was very responsive to a few issues and questions, which we appreciated greatly. Much better than other property management experiences we've had ("Va....").”
