“Great location just 5 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor. Beautiful view from upper balcony of Frenchman Bay. The beds were comfortable. Loved that both bedrooms had full on-suite bathroom and there was a half bath off the kitchen/living room.”

“This place could be great but needs lots of TLC. They gave us a 50% discount after sharing how filthy the place was and a new boxspring. So that’s appreciated however it was not worth the thousands of dollars that we had to pay. We are hoping for a further discount. The location is great, but the home was not in the condition we’d expect for a rental at this price point. It had a strong odor at check-in, was in need of a deep cleaning, there were dead bugs everywhere, floors dirty, and had several maintenance issues (non-working outlets, broken shades, bed support problems, empty grill tank, and missing basic supplies like detergent and cleaning items). Many dishes were put away dirty, and overall the home needs significant maintenance and TLC. We think the home has potential but currently doesn’t match the premium price.”
