“The place is very small. 2 people max, I'd say. The spiral staircase can be a problem for bigger people. You also have to air it by opening the door, there's no other way. The only window won't open and is sensibly covered with shutters. The air conditioner worked ok. It was clean and comfortable, the host responded promptly to a couple of minor issues I reported. It's pretty quiet after 10 pm and still very close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.”

“made us feel incapable, unable to trouble shoot problems. expected us to take time out of our vacation to trouble shoot problems, with TV and internet. no garbage bags. Huge cock roach in the kitchen and wanted us to spray for bugs. and never got us garbage bags. this is all documented through airbnb messages. we highly deserve a refund, that has not been offered! Also, very neglectful in telling us that we had to pay in a public parking lot $410 for the week. That should have been disclosed in the booking.”

“Great spot I the heart of the French quarter. Walking distance to French market, Frenchman street and bourbon street. In spite of being so centrally located the secluded courtyard covered in confederate jasmine and crepe Myrtle’s makes it feel quite and secluded. Studio layout with ample space for a two. Cute original brick walls and Nola decore make it feel authentic.”

“Walkable to bourbon street, the historic French market, and everywhere in the French quarter. Loved the historic vibe of the building with upgrades, great and comfortable stay. Can’t recommend enough!”

“The location of this place is outstanding for staying in the French Quarter. Easily accessing the river, Frenchman St. and around Bourbon. It is however in a fairly quiet area.”
