“We had a great stay in New Orleans! The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. We stayed on the 5th floor, which was a big plus because we didn’t have any issues with street noise. Parking was a little tricky, but we found a garage near the Sheraton that was only about a 4-minute walk away, which worked out perfectly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient location in New Orleans!”

“Everything was like the pictures. We were laughing and having fun on the streets talking with strangers, next thing you know we would disappear like Bruce Wayne into the entrance on Canal to go back into our Rental. This place was like the Bat Cave. The walls drowned out all of the noise and partying on Canal/Bourbon Street and you can see everything. I live an hour away, but I don’t see a Hotel being my first choice the next time I stay for any events.”

“Avant Stay in New Orleans was great. Location was walkable to so many locations. The location was very busy into the early hours in the morning. Yet, the inside was very quiet. The apartment was comfortable and comfy for 6 people. We had a great time!”
