“Nice place, excellent location if you are looking to be on the LSU campus. It is on the ground floor, but there is little traffic on the road it faces. I would stay here again.”

“Very, very pleased with this location! Right beside the LSU Natatorium where we were attending the Louisiana State Swim Meet. So nice to be able a walk a tiny distance and be in the air conditioning!!! Clean and comfortable! This was our second stay here and we were very happy!”

“The location is perfect and close to campus. The room is beautiful with every amenity needed (pull out couch and bed, washer dryer, kitchen appliances and dishes, easy parking, and lovely bathtub). When it comes to check out and check in, the lists and rules are extensive and even a bit derogatory in tone. We asked about the rule for not using the couch, and they said we could use it which was appreciated (but seemed weird there would be rules about not sleeping on the couch). The communication was terrible. The Internet wasn’t working correctly for us. We stayed a week. They didn’t even try to fix it until our last two days. No proactive communication either, if we expected them to be by from a message at 8am and it was 8:30 pm and no one had arrived… we wouldn’t hear back till the next morning. Overall - I think this place would be perfect if nothing was off and no communication was needed, and if the lists of rules were simplified/rewritten.”
