Neat Suites reviews in Williamstown, Kentucky

“The accommodations were more than sufficient for the group of ten (10) we had, and the host(s) were very friendly and responsive. The overall stay experience was excellent; we were even greeted by a very friendly cat that appreciated a massage from willing participants. Best to stock up on any personal needs prior to arrival as the "nearby" shopping is about 20 mins. away. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Williamstown / Ark Encounter area.”

“This house is really close to the Ark Encounter. Easy drive over and back. We stayed at the end unit of a 4 unit house. The beds were comfortable just check out the configuration if you are staying with friends. The house was not fully cleaned when we arrive. Lots of dirt on the living room cushions and dirt on the floor. The resort took care of this for us. Kitchen is functional but the bare minimum of essentials. Seemed like a safe area. At the end of a road with lots of houses. 2 bathrooms which is nice!! Place is small so don’t expect huge. Table in kitchen for 4 and an island for 3 more people. Walmart 10 minutes away. We would return at some point.”

“Great location! Virws are fantastic! Recommend treating for bugs...were greeted by 6 large bugs inside when we entered. Several cooking pans are scratched and not usable. Swimming ladder attached to dock into lake was covered in algae and was not usable for entering or exiting water. Algae on concrete next to hot tub”

“This place was exactly as described. Great location near Ark Encounter and great price for our group of 18 women. Definitely enough space for all of us! The host was really responsive. Easy check out list which we appreciated since we had to leave early.”

“We had a great stay at this lake house! It was beautiful & clean & accommodated our big family well! The hosts were really responsive & even checked in mid stay to bring more towels & see if we needed anything! The only surprise was how steep the driveway is & it being off a sort of confusing gravel road! But maybe this is common with lake houses! Might not be a good option if you have any family w/ mobility issues or even very small children! But good for a group! Overall, I would book this place again or other locations Neat Suites has!”
