“This place is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are actually much bigger than they appear in the picture. We stayed for a birthday weekend and the list level was the PERFECT place for a gathering. There were so many games, large gathering space, easy access to outside, and an additional kitchen space downstairs. Several restaurants and a liquor store right around the corner. Chris was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!”

“- fruit flies/flies were everywhere inside had to be extremely cautious with food - trash left in the garage causing a foul smell (4-6 bags) - no ice maker machine (fridge one is broke) - close boat ramp access as advertised was closed the entire time - hot tub was broke for half our stay - dirty hot tub (once it was fixed the two people who submerged in the hot tub for longer periods both came back with hot tub folliculitis) - some knobs in showers wouldn't switch to hot water (maintenance fixed upon our request while there) - maintenance was helpful and fixed concerns they could in a timely manner - needs better maintenance and cleaning - good location and good views”

“The only thing we can recommend about this Airbnb was the location and size. There was mildew on the showers, a lot of the lights were not functioning, cornhole did not work, front door handle broke, broken fridge, and more. We found out later the house is for sale, and it had obviously not been maintenance in a long time. Would not recommend this Airbnb.”

“This house was a great fit for our family and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, rain or shine. One disappointment was that the nearby dock, which was listed as an amenity, had been closed for quite some time and wasn't available to use. There were also a few housekeeping issues, but we were able to manage. Chris was an excellent host—he communicated well and responded quickly to any questions we had throughout our stay.”

“The place is beautiful. The view from the living room and deck is peaceful and beautiful. The house is huge and with great gathering spaces for big groups upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen has all you need. We would choose this again for our large family. It just needs a really thorough, deep cleaning. The host was super helpful, very responsive and quickly resolved issues we had.”
