Scenic Cabin Rentals in Slade, Kentucky

“This cabin was so close to being amazing...but it missed the mark in several areas. The good: The cabin is located close to so many cute restaurants and just down the road from Natural Bridge State Park. The bed was comfortable and clean. The not so good: The cabin really needs a DEEP cleaning. The front blinds were cracked/broken in some areas (although there are curtains which we used to block folks from looking in at night). There is a dumpster which I am assuming is shared with the small motel next door. It stayed full (and overflowing) the entire time we were there. With a little TLC this place could be perfect as its location and layout was phenomenal.”

“We had already stayed 2 nights in the area and decided to stay a third but the cabin we were in was booked so this was one of the few available. Super close to everything in the area. Very easy to find. Love the coffee shop out front, highly recommend! The cabin was just ok, it felt kinda dirty, needs a good dusting and wipe down, the shower felt icky but we had shower shoes luckily. Had a smell too. I thought it was strange not to provide paper towels but just a personal opinion, I'm sure there's a reason they don't (probably people wasting). Wi-Fi didn't work for my husband and was in and out for me, didn't get a response until after we were gone. Deck is super nice, stream very peaceful. The price didn't seem quite worth it overall.. we honestly should've tent camped as we had our gear but lesson learned.”

“Beautiful home, there were what seemed to be mouse droppings in the utensil drawers but other than that the space was clean and welcoming. Would stay here again!”
