RRG Getaways in Powell County, Kentucky

“Overall was a pretty great place! The only thing that I have to say is the water pressure wasn’t great, to the point where the shower wouldn’t turn on unless all other sources of water were turned off and even then it was a trickle. That was a bit of a challenge, as it rained the entire time we were there so it was quite muddy. Also if you stay here just know they don’t have wifi, it does list it on the amenities but it’s all the way at the bottom and a bit tricky to find. Again great place, super clean, just like the pictures, and we had a great time!”

“The Belle Vue cabin was perfect for our Memorial Day trip. It was very close to the popular hikes at RRG and we really enjoyed hiking on the property as well. The house was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back to RRG in the future.”

“We had a really relaxing stay with our two pups! The Airbnb is in a great location — super close to Daniel Boone Coffee Shop and Miguel’s Pizza, both of which we really enjoyed. The roads leading up are a bit narrow and steep, so just something to keep in mind during winter months. The hot tub was a great touch, especially since it rained a good portion of our stay. My boyfriend also loved the puzzles that were provided. For fellow dog parents, the only thing to note is that the ladders to the bedrooms are pretty steep. Totally fine for people, but harder with our Golden Retriever since our dogs usually sleep near us. We noticed them in the listing, but they felt steeper in person than expected. There also isn’t much grassy area for dogs to potty, though ours still did fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cozy atmosphere and convenient location!”
