“Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, great water pressure in the showers, plenty of hangers in the closet (including pants/skirt hangers with clips!), large gas grill outside as well as Big Green Egg smoker, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space. Hosts are very generous with laundry and kitchen and bath supplies. The kitchen lights are tricky as there are switches on both sides that must be turned on at the same time, and all towels are in a hallway closet rather than bath cabinets. If you want to use the kayaks, be sure you let the hosts know in advance so they can get you the waiver to sign and provide the code for the lock. Also, if you are visiting during the hottest days of the summer, ask the hosts to program the thermostat to 72 several hours before you arrive so it will be comfortable for unloading all your stuff and relaxing upon arrival. Once we got it cool in the house, it remained comfortable for our entire stay during one of the hottest weekends of the year.”
