Pure Home River Property Management reviews in Lexington, Kentucky

“Initially didn’t receive a door code so we stood outside the apt for ~30 min, despite checking in around 8PM. When Heath first replied he didn’t send the code & it took me several messages to get him to send it. We were unable to locate bedding for the extra uncomfy pullout couch & there’s a hole in the wall between the bedroom & living room. At 2:30AM a group of girls living in the apt next-door came in screaming & banging on our door saying they “didn’t give a fuck” that this was an Airbnb. The walls are paper thin so once they went inside their apartment, we heard them shattering glass & talking about doing MORE COCAINE. They also talked about messing w/ cars outside & eventually began fighting w/ each other. At 5AM a male HOOKER showed up & we could hear everything including sheets rustling & whispers. I messaged the host about the situation & they never acknowledged me. I understand there’s nothing they can do about the neighbors, but they could at least acknowledge the situation.”

“Heath allowed us to make a much needed pit stop on a longer road trip and was flexible with checking in on short notice. Great location.”

“Spacious, clean and well-located home in good location.”

“Very nice communication with the host. The house was clean and nice.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and fresh and more than met our expectations. Everything was just as advertised in the listing and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area.”
