A delightful setting, indoors and out! The grounds, the huge trees, peacefully quiet and green. The pool was fully equipped and great fun to play and enjoy Indoors we found settings for celebration , crafting, relaxing and good conversation……..that’s why we came.

Catfished… This was the worst AirBnB experience. The most significant issue with the place was the stark difference between highly edited photos and reality. I am disappointed I cannot post the pictures of how poorly maintained this place is. The closets lack doors, the exterior doors either don’t work and are duck taped or are difficult to open. There is a hole in the exterior facia at the corner of the master bedroom, and I am assuming a squirrel has made a nice home above the ceiling with all the noise above us both mornings. Communication is also the worst I have experienced. Their property manager uses AI, which only sucks, and is very inefficient with a problem. The owner dismissed every issue we brought up, never offered to address anything or try to remedy any of our concerns. We haven’t discussed the cleaning issues, the bugs, cloudy pool, the broken shower head, etc. The door code never worked and they have a backup lock box, that the code likely never changes, very unsafe.

I wanted to make the most of our 2-night stay at this AirBnb and had a small Bachelorette gathering our first night, followed by a dinner with friends the next. I booked the stay, but left it up to my bridal party to make the space ours. They had no trouble with access to all that is available within the home. If reviews of cleanliness make you hesitate, all we did was message within the app, and were reassured that all would be perfectly clean - which it was! I had excellent, friendly, prompt communication actually with the manager. Pool was a great temp despite how insanely hot it was this July. Showers and bathrooms are great - so were the bedrooms. We fully stocked the fridge and could make any meals we felt like. Both indoor and outdoors are even larger spaces than you may think. We were plenty comfortable and had a great staycation. I would book this again.

The house itself is fine. It looks much nicer in the pictures though. It was dusty (bad for allergies) and required us to do additional cleaning. We rented this house specifically for the pool. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it because the pool heater was broken. The pool was also very dirty because the filter needs to be replaced and there is no cover. The furniture and area surrounding the pool was dirty and looks nothing like the photos. Communication with the AI management company was fine. However, the local property manager never replied to emails, and we weren't provided with a phone number to contact him. We received a partial refund, but I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.
