“Very nice place, trash was a little hard to find but no complaints!”

“I’ve used Airbnb for a long time and stayed at many places all over the world. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were dirty. There was food splattered on walls in the kitchen and on the cabinets. We opened the sofa bed to a dirty mattress. The couch had stains all over it. Everything was either dirty or falling apart because it was so cheap. Additionally, while they claim this place was for up to 4 people, our family of 4 had no comfortable place to sit as a family of 4. When I pointed this out to them upon our arrival, it took them 24 hours to tell me that another unit was available to then call me back and tell me it wasn’t available. 48 hours later they called me to have me go to another unit and instructed me to open the door of an occupied unit!!! They refunded us some money but not all. Do not book with Kasa.”

“The property is located downtown Des Moines. Parking is the only issue but there are meters everywhere so it is easy to park. You do not need a car to get around because there are close by restaurants and activities within walking distance. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and relaxing.”
