“The bathroom was extremely clean and smelled bleachy fresh, of which I highly appreciate!!! The entire place was extremely clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The hosts responded promptly whenever I communicated with them. The parking was good and I felt safe in the neighborhood!”

“Great value. I'm a cyclist and the location is convenient to the many Des Moines bike paths. The apartment was super clean. The shower had excellent water pressure. The weather was hot and the window air conditioner had no trouble keeping it cool. There's also a fan for extra cooling when I returned from a bike ride. The coin-operated laundry is just a few steps away. Although the kitchen is small, it had everything I needed.”
