“The location was very convenient for our needs, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Communication with the property manager was responsive throughout our stay. We did notice mold in one shower and pink mold on the downstairs shower curtain. We also felt the listing could have been clearer that the two “lower-level” bedrooms are located in what is a partially finished basement. Unfortunately, after approximately six inches of rain overnight, we woke to significant flooding in the basement, including saturated carpeting that had to be crossed to access one of the bedrooms. The property manager responded quickly and came to the house. We were offered the option of staying while fans were used to dry the area, but with asthma and respiratory sensitivities in our group, we did not feel comfortable doing so. We found another Airbnb nearby and relocated for our final night. Mark ultimately reimbursed us for two nights, which we appreciated.”

“I enjoyed my stay the house was very clean and peaceful and I can't decide if the kitchen was my favorite or the nice spacious walk-in shower on the first floor i did a little cooking and relaxing and I loved and really enjoyed myself thanks”
