MGM Properties in Zionsville, Indiana

“Not sure I'll stay with MGM Properties again. First the good: This unit is located in a great complex, and just about everything you could need is within 5 minutes. Zionsville has some great parks. The bad: MGM properties does not appear to maintain their units. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out when I arrived, with only 1 working in the bathroom. There was also an active water leak just below the shower head behind the drywall. The wall was bulged, soft, and there was a noticeable mildew-ish smell. The cleaning crew left a damp-rid smell absorber, but no one had bothered to fix it. There was no fob in the unit to access amenities. When I saw the water leak, I went to the front office to report the leak and just ended up asking for a fob. I was able to use the gym, but the golf simulator needs to be reserved through a resident portal. Most importantly, the furniture is terrible. New, but uncomfortable. I ended up getting a camp chair since I was there for for 28 days.”

“The communication with MGM Property was excellent. I asked some questions at various times and I received a response almost immediately each time. Excellent communication. The location was perfect for us to be near family but also we felt very safe in this neighborhood and this complex is close to so much - restaurants, shopping etc. The complex is clean and well taken care of.”

“The sofa had broken springs at right end. Seating in living room uncomfortable, but was nice looking. Needed to have a dresser in bedroom, i had to keep my suitcase on the floor. The fan in ac/heater ran constantly, making it difficult to sleep. Only one dishwasher pod, so I washed dishes while there so I could use last pod when we left. No dish towels.”
